My name is Paul Crinis from Australia and I’m the founder of PT Snow Wave Bali. I came to Bali 2 years ago with one bag, no keys and it has been a massive journey so far. I came to Bali to sell shaved ice cream but it turns out we are now producing top quality puree for cocktails, smoothie bowls, drinks and even mocktails. We are extremely proud to be supplying Finn’s Beach Club, The Lawn, Potato Head, White Rock and many more businesses in Bali. We have been selling puree for only 10 months and we are growing every day.
